Charles “Chuck” Weber, D.O.

Dr. Weber enlisted in the infantry in 1989, advancing from private to now a retired LTC after 27 years in uniform for the Army. He has served many operational units (4th ID, 101st, 25th ID, 225 Avn Regiment and 13th MP company in Vincenza, Italy), and deployed to Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. With mentorship and guidance, he was accepted and graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point in 1995, commissioning in the Medical Service Corps.
Dr. Weber is also the President of the non-profit Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency.

Duane is a retired Army Noncommissioned Officer with 22 years of service, as well as a combat veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a National Certified Counselor with four years of experience counseling veterans and military service members. In 2015, he was chosen as one of five National Military Scholars by the National Board of Certified Counselors. He is active in the community, providing much-needed advocacy and awareness to veteran mental health needs. He spearheads the Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency which is a non-profit agency providing free mental health services to Veterans without resources.

Carlos is retired Army with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. He has worked extensively with Service Members both at home and during his 4 combat deployments to the middle east. Carlos loves the administrative and business side of healthcare and is dedicated to helping those who are helping others.
Carlos is a board member of the Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency.
Julie has been working with families for over 20 years. After a 16 year banking and finance career, Julie started a career in non-profit management. While working with families in this venue, Julie was also a national consultant for Heartbeat International and trained board members, executive directors and volunteers all over the country in different aspects of non-profit work. Working with families became a passion for Julie and she returned to school graduating with a MS in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy. For the last 8 years, Julie has worked as an in-home Family Therapist with families in the Pikes Peak region, many of which were active military. Julie’s philosophy as a Marriage and Family Therapist is that any relationship can be improved and strengthened. Julie strives to offer a safe place for individuals, couples and families to build healthy relationships. Julie works with adults and adolescents specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and couples and family counseling. Julie is trained in EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma.
Family Care Center was established January 5, 2016 with the mission of providing specialized behavioral health care to active duty family members and Veterans.
