Charles “Chuck” Weber, DO

Charles Weber, DO is a board certified psychiatrist practicing from the Family Care Center (FCC) in Colorado Springs. He is exploring telemedicine options, especially for those remote Veterans. His primary focuses are assisting the DoD family members and Veterans, and increasing the psychiatric health for all of Colorado Springs. He is increasing the number of insurances he accepts with TRICARE being the primary but not solely focus. Dr. Weber enlisted as an infantryman then retiring from the US Army in Nov 2016. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1995, and Touro University College of Osteopathic Medical School in 2002. He gained more than 14 years of clinical and leadership experience before opening FCC. Dr. Weber ensured that the practice has a full range of outpatient services, individual, group, medication management and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as well as starting ketamine for severe PTSD / Depression. As a leader, Dr. Weber has presented at many conferences nationally and internationally, as well as done significant forensic work. He is one of the teaching preceptors for Rocky Vista Medical School and several psychiatric nurse practitioner programs. He also is the president of the non-profit Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency (CVHWA). FCC now has 2 locations and is looking to expand again for more convenience and greater services for the community. We look forward to exceeding your expectations.
Tari Rangel is an Army Veteran and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. She has worked in healthcare administration and analytics for over 10 years. While on Active Duty, she served two tours in Afghanistan as the Officer in Charge of a Forward Aid Station and Commanding a Medical Company. She has served in various leadership and administrative roles ranging from Chief of Managed Care and Chief of Staff to lead analyst within Army hospitals. She also served as a Senior Decision Scientist with U.S. Army Medical Command Program Analysis & Evaluation department, where she was the subject matter expert in Army Behavioral Health data sets embedded within the Army’s Behavioral Health Service line. She played an instrumental role in programming and developing the Army’s Behavioral Health Outcomes metrics focusing on Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder outcomes.
Director, Veteran Services, MA, NCC, LPC
Duane is a retired Army Noncommissioned Officer with 22 years of service, as well as a combat veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a National Certified Counselor with four years of experience counseling veterans and military service members. In 2015, he was chosen as one of five National Military Scholars by the National Board of Certified Counselors. He is active in the community, providing much-needed advocacy and awareness to veteran mental health needs. He spearheads the Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency which is a non-profit agency providing free mental health services to Veterans without resources.

Carlos is retired Army with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. He has worked extensively with Service Members both at home and during his 4 combat deployments to the middle east. Carlos loves the administrative and business side of healthcare and is dedicated to helping those who are helping others.
Carlos is a board member of the Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency.
Julie has been working with families for over 20 years. After a 16 year banking and finance career, Julie started a career in non-profit management. While working with families in this venue, Julie was also a national consultant for Heartbeat International and trained board members, executive directors and volunteers all over the country in different aspects of non-profit work. Working with families became a passion for Julie and she returned to school graduating with a MS in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy. For the last 8 years, Julie has worked as an in-home Family Therapist with families in the Pikes Peak region, many of which were active military. Julie’s philosophy as a Marriage and Family Therapist is that any relationship can be improved and strengthened. Julie strives to offer a safe place for individuals, couples and families to build healthy relationships. Julie works with adults and adolescents specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and couples and family counseling. Julie is trained in EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma.

Jennifer Saunders is an HR professional with over 10 years’ experience she holds an Associates in Paralegal Studies, and a Bachelors in Legal Studies. Currently she is one year through on her Masters in Compliance Law, with an expected graduation date of June 2020. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, employment law, employee recognition, compensation, and conflict resolution.
